Terms of Service
1. Account Access and Fees
To effectively connect ai9.co systems to your website or other necessary services, we require access to your accounts. Please provide your access credentials as soon as possible to avoid delays in our work.
If you do not have a website, social media accounts, or required web services, we can create them on your behalf and provide you with access through an email address you designate.
We are not responsible for delays in fulfilling our obligations under this agreement due to delays in gaining access to your accounts or the creation and design of such accounts.
2. Payment Plan, Hourly Services, and Fixed Price Work
You are responsible for making payments directly to ai9.co. We are not liable for any interruptions in campaign operations, loss of information, or data as a result of payment issues on your account.
Payment for a plan does not confer ownership of the plan, software, or data within the plan. You are encouraged to back up your data and information in accordance with the laws governing such activities in your state or country. We are available to assist with this if needed.
Our hourly rate is $210 USD for any work or meeting requests that fall outside the normal services or operations outlined in our plans. Fixed-price work is calculated based on this hourly rate and any additional costs associated with project completion.
We operate within the terms and conditions of each platform we interact with, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
3. Compliance and Warranties
You warrant that any website or media you wish to promote does not conflict with the terms and policies of any third-party provider and does not violate any laws in the state or country in which you conduct business, whether intentionally or otherwise. If a breach is identified by us, a provider, or legal authorities, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement immediately.
4. Pause or Cancel Plan
Pausing your plan means your regular payments will continue, and access will remain unchanged. If you choose to cancel, we can assist in migrating your information and data at the hourly rate mentioned above. There is no fixed rate for this service due to the variable nature of the systems to which you may be migrating and potential issues that may arise.
If your monthly fee is not processed or paid, all access, including to the dashboard, will be discontinued. ai9.co is not responsible for any loss of information or data stored in your account.
5. Enterprise Service
These terms of service do not apply to Enterprise Level Service Plans.
Separate contracts will be provided for Enterprise Level Service agreements.
